Skin Balancing Soup
Kale 1 bunch spines removed
Red cabbage 1/4 cup chopped
White onion 1 small chop
Black sesame seeds dash
Lemon half lemon

Chicken or veggie broth
3 cups

2 table spoons butter or coconut oil

1. Heat butter or coconut oil in large pot on med/high
2. Add salt and pepper then add onions 3-5 minutes stir occasionally
3. Add cabbage 3 minutes
4. Pour in broth bring to a boil
5. Add Kale and simmer 5 minutes until
6. Let cool slightly then add to blender
7. Blend until right consistency
8. Return to pot put on low heat add half Lemmon juice salt and pepper to taste.
9. Add to bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish
